Maecenas came to Bureau at the ideation stage, with a strong thesis and no operational scaffolding around it.
Bureau took the product from concept to launch: defining the proposition, mapping the user journey, running the UX design process and providing the leadership needed to keep delivery on schedule.
Alongside the product work, Bureau structured the operational and commercial foundations required to take the platform to market and to speak credibly to investors.
